It's a phenomenal album to listen to whilst paddling down a river, a friday arvo on the floor at home, over a coffee before a busy day... the list goes beyond 11 benjamin

How foolish I was to think that Chelsea Wolfe would never match Abyss, and that she would do it with such a statement as Hiss Spun! While not as overtly dark or metallic as Abyss, this is in many ways her most powerful yet most nuanced album to date. What is equally remarkable is that this is very accessible despite being another example of Wolfe’s signature musical reinvention, in which she once again blends multiple genres with frightening skill. Not a dud in the bunch, you need this album. Ippocalyptica
